How to: Assign a role to a user
Security > Users > How to: Assign a role to a user

To assign a user to a new role

  1. From the home page choose Security
  2. Click on the Users Tab    
  3. Using the search window find the user you want to assign a role to
  4. Click Edit
  5. Click Add roles
  6. A list of roles not already assigned to the user will be shown.
  7. Select the roles you want to add to this user and click Add
  8. Click Save
For the changes to take effect, the user will need to logout and in again.
