Services and deliveries for a site are performed in a particualr order. These are determined by the placement sequence. You can view and amend the sequence on the Site Delivery screen.
This Placements tab on the Site Delivery screen shows the current sequence of deliveries as indicated by the Sequence column.
To change the delivery sequence
- From the home page choose Sales, and Customers
- Choose the Site Delivery tab
- Choose the Placements tab
- The placements are shown in there current sequence order, you can see this under the Sequence column
- Select the placement to change the sequence of
- Choose either the up or down arrow on the toolbar to change the sequence.
- The screen automatically refreshes and your sequence is changed
You can also drag/drop the placements into the correct sequence, simply drag the placement to where you want it to be sequenced in the list and then drop it.
