To set coordinates for a site

1. On the Home page, click Sales
2. Click on the Sites tab
3. Use the search filters to find the site that you want to set coordinates for
4. Click the Edit button
5. Enter the site address details as required, then click the Map icon
6. A map will be display showing a marker for the site's address
7. If you need to, you can double-click the map to move the marker
8. When you're happy the marker is in the correct place, click Save

 

To set coordinates for a manifested site

1. On the Home page, click Deliveries
2. Click on the Manifest (Route) tab
3. Use the search filters to find the route containing the site that you want to set coordinates for
4. Select the Sites tab on the bottom grid
5. In the sites grid, right-click the site and select Get Site Coordinates from the menu
6.  The grid will refresh and the site you had selected will now have a tick in the Geo column

 

 To set all coordinates for a manifested delivery route

1. On the Home page, click Deliveries
2. Click on the Manifest (Route) tab
3. Use the search filters to find the route that you want to set coordinates for
4. Right-click the route in the grid
5. Expand the Routing option from the right-click menu and select Get all coordinates
6. The grid will refresh and the sites with coordinates will now have a tick in the Geo column
