How to: Holding Deliveries For a Site
Deliveries > Managing Held Items > How to: Holding Deliveries For a Site

You can place all of the deliveries for a site on hold with a single option. Items can be held indefinitely or upto a certain date.

To Hold Deliveries For all Items

  1.    
  2. From the home page, choose Sales and the Customers button
  3. Choose the Sites tab
  4. Search for the site that you want to put on hold
  5. In the details view, click the options menu and select Hold Site Deliveries
  6. The details window is shown. Enter the from date and to dates (Or check the Indefinite Hold) and select a reason for the hold from the combo box.
    The reason is handy for reporting purposes.
  7. Click Save, the window will close, the screen will refresh and a large red label showing 'Site on Hold' is displayed. 

To Resume all Deliveries

  1. From the home page, choose Sales and the Customers button
  2. Choose the Sites tab
  3. Search for the site that you want to resume deliveries for
  4. In the details view, click the options menu and select Resume Site Deliveries
    The Resume Site Deliveries option will only be enabled if at least one item on the site is on hold.
  5. You will be prompted to ask if you are sure, click Yes.
  6. The window will close and the screen will refresh, all deliveries are now resumed.
