How to: Setup a Driver for Service Manager Mobile

In order for a driver to log onto the mobile system they need be assigned an email address and an activate license

To Assign an Email to a Driver      

  1. On the home page, choose Deliveries and then Scheduling
  2. Click on the Drivers tab
  3. Using the search window find the driver to update
  4. Click Edit
  5. Enter the email address for this driver, click Save
  6. You will be asked if you want to activate the license from today. If so choose activate.
  7. The assigned email can now be used to log onto the mobile application
