To optimise a manifested delivery

1. On the Home page, click Deliveries
2. Click on the Manifest (Route) tab
3. Use the search filters to find the delivery that you want to optimise and select it in the grid
4. Click the Options button on the toolbar, expand the Routing sub-menu and click View on Map
5. The map will be displayed with the original route displayed. You can view the optimised one or both at the same time for comparison.

6. Click the Accept Optimised Route button
7. You will be prompted if you are sure you want update the delivery sequence. Click the Yes button.

 

The map will close and the sequence column will be updated on the sites tab with the newly optimised sequence.
