The fixed costs are used in the cost calculations for a site. There are two costs to consider:

• Vehicle Hourly Cost - The cost of running the van and paying the driver per hour.
• Stop Time (Mins) - The average time that it will take a driver to perform tasks on site such as unloading the van and getting a signature.

 

To set from Settings

1. Open the Admin menu and select the Edit Settings option.
2. Click the Costs tab.
3. Set the Stop Time (Mins) and Vehicle Hourly Cost as required.
4. Click Save.
