The picking list report can be viewed from both the Manifest (Site) screen and Manifest (Route) screens. There are variations of the report which allow you to view the picking for specific stock types or categories. The variations are detailed in the table below:

To view from Manifest (Site)
- Click Deliveries, followed by the Manifest (Site) tab.
- Click on the View dropdown button, expand the Van Loading node and then select the report you wish to view.
- In the popup window, select the dates you want to view the picking list for.
You will only be able to select the bold dates, these are the ones which have a manifest created.
- Underneath the calendar, there is also an option to select a route. If you only want one route, you can use this dropdown to select one, otherwise all routes will be included.
- Click View.
- Your report will be displayed.
To view from Manifest (Route)
- Click Deliveries, followed by the Manifest (Route) tab.
- Search for the manifested routes that you want to view.
- In the grid, use the checkboxes to select the routes you want to view. If you do not check any, the currently highlighted one will be use regardless of being checked or not.
- Click on the View dropdown button, expand the Van Loading node and then select the report you wish to view.
- Your report will be displayed.
If your selected routes do not have any SPECIAL items on and you selected the Special report, a notification message will be displayed instead.
