Routes in Service Manager are used to assign service items on a particular day of the week for a site. Every route has a default vehicle, which in turn has a default driver. 

 

 

 

Routes come in two different types Delivery & Scheduling.

Mostly you will create delivery routes, however you can use the scheduling route type as a holding area for service items that are yet to be allocated to a route, See Understanding Route Types for further details.

You can create as many routes as suits your business needs.
