How to: Assign a route to a vehicle
Deliveries > Managing Vehicles > How to: Assign a route to a vehicle

Although routes have a default vehicle you can may want a vehicle to service different routes throughout the week.

To allocate a route to a vehicle

  1. On the Home page, choose Data and then Deliveries
  2. Click on the Vehicles Tab        
  3. Using the search window, find the vehicle to allocate a route to    
  4. Choose the Routes Tab
  5. Click Allocate Route
  6. In the pop-up window choose a new route
  7. If this change applies to manifests already check the Update Manifest checkbox and choose from what date you want to change to apply from 
  8. Choose Save

 

The newly allocated route is shown under the routes tab.
