From the options menu several reports can be accessed for the selected contractor. The below table details each reports purpose.
| Report | Purpose |
| Breakdown | Details how the yearly total value is calculated. It details every customer, site, agreement and items for the selected contractor |
| Breakdown with placements | As above with the placements shown for each item |
| Contractor Total | Shows the active customers for the contractor with their yearly totals |
| Contractor held items | Shows the customer, site, agreement and items for any sites that have a delivery on hold |
| Schedule - Detailed | For the entered date range shows all of the contractors customers, sites, items and scheduled delivery points |
| Schedule - Summary | As above but excludes items |
| Cancellations | Detailed report showing any cancellations |
