How to: Change email credentials
Administration > Emails > How to: Change email credentials

Whenever an email is sent directly from Service Manager it will be sent from the email credentials saved in settings.

These include:

Service Receipts
Invoices

 

To change email account details

  1. From the Home page, choose Administration
  2. Choose Edit Settings from the dropdown menu
  3. In the settings window, click the Emails tab
  4. Enter the details in the form as necessary
  5. Click Save

 

To change email account password

  1. From the Home page, choose Admin
  2. Choose Edit Settings from the dropdown menu
  3. In the settings window, click the Emails tab
  4. Click the Change Password button
  5. In the password window, enter and confirm the password for the email account
  6. Click Save
