Whenever an email is sent directly from Service Manager it will be sent from the email credentials saved in settings.
These include:
Service Receipts
Invoices
To change email account details
- From the Home page, choose Administration
- Choose Edit Settings from the dropdown menu
- In the settings window, click the Emails tab
- Enter the details in the form as necessary
- Click Save
To change email account password
- From the Home page, choose Admin
- Choose Edit Settings from the dropdown menu
- In the settings window, click the Emails tab
- Click the Change Password button
- In the password window, enter and confirm the password for the email account
- Click Save
