If a site needs some sort of contact prior to delivery, maybe for an access code or similar. You will want to mark their deliveries as pre-bookable for you to easily track.

If only certain deliveries require pre-booking, such as delivering at a weekend, you will want to only add it on to those certain deliveries.
If all deliveries to the site require pre-booking, see How to: Mark a Site Pre-bookable.

To add from Site Delivery

1. Use the search filters on the Site Delivery screen to find the site the deliveries are for.
2. In the Routes tab, select the delivery that needs to be marked as pre-bookable and select Amend Route.
3. Check the box for "Site requires pre-booking on this day".
4. Enter any notes and then number of notice hours required, these will be shown on the pre-bookable report.
5. Click Save.
6. When this delivery for this site gets manifested, it will be marked as pre-bookable.
