When the manifest is first created, each route is automatically assigned to the default driver for that route. You can amend the driver assigned to a route after it has been created. The new driver will then be allocated the route on the Service Manager Mobile app.
To amend delivery route driver
- On the Home page, choose Deliveries and then Manifest (Route)
- Using the search window find the delivery you would like to amend
- Click the Amend Delivery
- Select the driver that you want to assign the delivery to
The vehicle will automatically be updated to the default vehicle for the driver that you select
- Click Save
The delivery will now appear on the app for the new driver.
