How to: Move a Delivery Route to a Different Driver

When the manifest is first created, each route is automatically assigned to the default driver for that route. You can amend the driver assigned to a route after it has been created. The new driver will then be allocated the route on the Service Manager Mobile app.

To amend delivery route driver

  1. On the Home page, choose Deliveries and then Manifest (Route) 
  2. Using the search window find the delivery you would like to amend
  3. Click the Amend Delivery
  4. Select the driver that you want to assign the delivery to
    The vehicle will automatically be updated to the default vehicle for the driver that you select
  5. Click Save

The delivery will now appear on the app for the new driver.
