If an agreement has been incorrectly passed for action and is now sitting in pending you can reject it to move it back to New Business.
To reject an agreement at pending
- From the Home page choose Sales
- Choose the Pending tab
- Using the search window find the agreement
- Choose Options and Reject
- Choose Yes
- The windows changes to the New Business tab and the agreement can be amended
