In order to visit a site you need to create a schedule for it. This is done through the Site Delivery screen by allocated a route to a site and then allocating items to that route. We call this a site schedule.
Create a site schedule
- From the home page, choose Sales
- Choose the Site Delivery tab
- Using the search window find and select the site you'd like to add a schedule to
- Choose the Routes tab
- Click Create Route
- You can enter the details manually or use the proximity search to find a suitable route

Click on the map icon to show the proximity search screen
The search window will automatically show you any sites within the specifed Distance dropdown
By using the search filters you can look for existing site schedules that much your customers requirements
If you select an existing schedule in the grid, or double click one, your window will close and the details automatically filled out
for you on. Note the sequence has automatically been incremented by 5 for you.
- If you are required to give notice before servicing a site tick the Site requires pre-booking on this day box.
