How to: Set a Driver's start time
Deliveries > Route Optimisation > How to: Set a Driver's start time

To set a driver's start time

  1. On the Home page, click Deliveries then Scheduling
  2. Click on the Drivers tab
  3. Use the search filters to find the driver you want to set the start time for
  4. In the grid, select the driver you want
  5. Click the Edit button
  6. Enter the driver's Start Time and their Working Hours
  7. Click Save

To amend a driver's start time for a manifested delivery

  1. On the Home page, click Deliveries
  2. Click on the Manifest (Route) tab
  3. Use the search filters to find the delivery you want to amend the start time for
  4. In the grid, right-click the delivery that you want to amend and click Amend Delivery in the menu
  5. Enter the driver's start time as required
  6. Click Save

To set a default start time for all drivers

  1. On the Home page, click Admin then select Edit Settings
  2. Click on the Routing tab
  3. Enter the Driver Start Time
  4. Click Save
The default start time for all drivers will be used when a driver doesn't have an explicit start time set
