An item will be considered to be "low stock" when the In Stock quantity falls below the Reorder Level.

To search for low stock

1. From the Home page, choose Stock
2. Click the Stock tab
3. In the search window, change the Low Stock filter to Yes
4. Click the Search button
5. The grid will display all items that have an In Stock quantity below their Reorder Level.

 

To view the low stock report

1. From the Home page, click the Reports menu.
2. In the reports menu expand the Stock node and select Low Stock.
3. The Low Stock report will be shown, detailing all items where the In Stock quantity is below the Reorder Level.
