Stock items are allocated to agreements, you can view all of the agreements where a stock item is used by doing the following:

How to view where a stock item is used

1. On the Home page, choose Stock
2. Click on the Stock Tab
3. Using the search window find the stock item you want to view agreements for
4. Click on the Agreements Tab
5. The New Agreements tab shows you any agreements using this stock item that are in New Business or Pending
6. The Agreements tab shows you any active agreements
7. You can view the agreement by choosing Go to agreement
