The Notes Tab is present on most of the windows. You can store any text information you like agaisnt a record.

Some notes are created automatically by Service Manager to inform you of changes to the record.. Such as when an agreement was printed and by whom.

To create a new note

  1. Select the record you would like to add a note to. For example a customer, contractor or a driver.
  2. Choose the Note tab
  3. Either right click and choose Add Note or expand the notes menu and also choose Add Note
  4. Enter any details in the note section, choose Save
Your saved note is displayed

To amend a note

Either double click the note or right click on the note to amend and choose View Note

To delete a note

Right click on the note to delete and choose Delete Note

To print notes

Notes can be printed individually or grouped together. The note report also contains details about the record you have selected. For example the customers address and contact details or a vehicles registration.

For a single note

Select the note you would like to print, either by ticking the check box or by right clicking the note and choose Print Note. 

For multiple notes

Either check all of the notes you would like to print or select them all in the grid window and choose Print Note.
