In the event that all items being serviced on a site have an issue, you can customise the layout of the receipt to detail the attempted service or not send a receipt at all.
To customise service attempted receipt
- Click on the Admin menu and select Edit Settings.
- In the popup window, select the Reports tab.
- In the grid, click the Edit button for the Delivery Receipt report.
- Amend the Service Attempted header section as necessary in the report editor, for more information on editing report layouts see Report Designer.
- Once you've made all of your changes, click Save.
To prevent sending service attempted receipt
- Click on the Admin menu and select Edit Settings.
- In the popup window, select the Deliveries tab.
- Within the Deliveries tab, select the Mobile tab.
- Uncheck the "Send service attempted receipt on Site Issue" field.
- Click Save.
