Service Manager - Mobile > Receipts > Service Attempted Receipts

In the event that all items being serviced on a site have an issue, you can customise the layout of the receipt to detail the attempted service or not send a receipt at all.

To customise service attempted receipt   

  1. Click on the Admin menu and select Edit Settings.
  2. In the popup window, select the Reports tab.
  3. In the grid, click the Edit button for the Delivery Receipt report.
  4. Amend the Service Attempted header section as necessary in the report editor, for more information on editing report layouts see Report Designer.
  5. Once you've made all of your changes, click Save.

To prevent sending service attempted receipt        

  1. Click on the Admin menu and select Edit Settings.
  2. In the popup window, select the Deliveries tab.
  3. Within the Deliveries tab, select the Mobile tab.
  4. Uncheck the "Send service attempted receipt on Site Issue" field.
  5. Click Save.
