Customer Reports
Sales > Managing Customers > Customer Reports

From the options menu several reports can be accessed for the selected customer. The below table details each reports purpose.

 

Report Purpose
Items On Hold Shows the site, agreement and items for any sites that have a delivery on hold
Agreements Summary Details how the yearly total value is calculated. It details every  site, agreement and items for the selected customer
Agreements Detailed As above with the placements shown for each item
Customer Totals

Shows the active sites for the customer with their yearly totals

Schedule Detailed Shows the detailed delivery schedule for the all sites using the date ranges entered
Schedule Summary As above but in summary format
