You create agreements for your customers in order to produce an invoice and create deliveries. A customer can be a Contractor or a Direct Customer. Every customer has a site and that site will have at least one agreement. The system was designed so it's possible to have multiple agreements for each site. This means any new items added mid contract can go on there own agreement if required.

Below follows the basic concepts for Contractors, Customers, Sites and agreements.

Direct Customer with a single agreement

In it's simplest form you create a customer that you invoice, a site that you service. The agreement contains the details to invoice and service.

Direct Customer with multiple sites

In the next example the customer is a coffee shop chain that requires all of their shops to be serviced.

You create the Customer 'Coffee Express Ltd', a site for each shop and for each shop an agreement. The invoice will be sent to the customer.

Contract Cleaner with multiple customers and sites

In the final example you are undertaking some work on behalf of a contract cleaning company called 'Biggleswade Laundry Services Ltd'. They require you to service some of their customer sites with the invoice being sent to them directly.
