How to: Complete a Cancellation

Once a cancellation for an item has been scheduled, it will appear in the Pending Cancellations screen. You can use this screen to manage your cancellation requests, including completing those cancellations.

If an item has a collection scheduled, that collection must be completed before the cancellation can be completed. If it is not, the cancellation will not be able to be completed in any of the following examples.

To complete an item cancellation

  1. Search for the site that you want to cancel the item from and select it in the top grid.
  2. In the items grid at the bottom of the screen, highlight the item that you want to complete.
    If you want to complete multiple items, you can hold Ctrl and click to select multiple items.
  3. Click on the Complete Cancellation button, if the item you selected still requires a collection to be completed, the button will be disabled.
  4. You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation and that you understand it is irreversible. Click Ok to complete it.

To complete all cancellations for a site

  1. Select the site that you want to cancel from.
  2. Click on the Complete All Site Cancellations button above the grid.
  3. Any valid cancellations for the site you selected will now be completed.

 

To complete all outstanding cancellations  

  1. Click on the Admin menu at the top of the screen and select the Complete All Cancellations option.
  2. You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation, click Ok.
  3. Any valid cancellations that are scheduled on or before the current date will now be completed.
