Before you optimise a route all sites in your selection must have coordinates, see How to: Set a Site's coordinates for more information.

 To optimise a route

1. On the Home page, click Deliveries then Scheduling
2. Click on the Optimise Route tab
3. Use the search filters to find the sites that you want to optimise, for example a route or everything with a postcode starting "NR1"
4. Click the Options button on the toolbar and click the Optimise button
5. All sites currently in the grid will be optimised and the map will be displayed

 

If there are multiple routes, you can select the route that you want to view on the map by selecting it in the grid underneath the map
