How to: Price Increase an Agreement
Sales > Managing Agreements > How to: Price Increase an Agreement

Agreements can have price increases applied at anytime. This options ignores the last increase date.

To price increase an agreement

  1. On the Home page, choose Sales and then Customers
  2. Click on the Agreements Tab
  3. Using the search window, find the agreement to increase
  4. Choose the Options dropdown
  5. Click on Price Increase
    If the price increase option is not enabled, make sure the allow price increase checkbox is ticked
  6. Enter the Percentage increase you would like to apply
  7. Choose Ok
  8. You will be prompted to double check the change, choose Yes
  9. The increase is now applied, and the Yearly Total will reflect this. A note has been added to the notes section. Also the item history will have a note detailing the increased amounts.
