How to: Set Up Stock Costs

The costs for a stock item are set from the sub category for that stock item. For example, all bins will likely cost the same to wash and have the same consumable costs.

You can also override these on individual stock items if required.

To override sub category costs

  1. Click the Stock button on the main toolbar, then select the Stock tab.
  2. Search for the stock item that you want to override the costs for.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the category section, the costs for the sub category are detailed in read only fields. Beneath this, there is an area with fields to override these sub category costs.

    Override the costs that you need to by amending these fields.
  5. Once you've finished amending the details, click Save
