How to: Transfer a site
Sales > Managing Sites > How to: Transfer a site

A site can be transferred from one customer to another. This will update the site reference, the invoice account and all agreements for that site.
You can start transferring a site from the options menu on the Sites screen, which will prompt you to choose a customer to transfer to.

Selecting an Account Code

Once you have chosen a customer, you will need to select an account code for the agreements to be moved to. You can also create a new account code
You are able to change the account code at a later time if needed, see  for more details.

Viewing Transferred Sites

After the transfer has completed, the screen will automatically refresh to display the site that you transferred.
A note will have been added detailing the transfer and all agreements will have their references updated.
