Understanding Placements

A placement is where an item needs to be placed or serviced on a site. It contains a description and a site reference. Placements are allocated to sites and you always have one placement as a default for that site. A site can have any number of placements.

Examples of placements are: Ladies Toilets, 1st floor meeting room and Main Entrance.

You can also split items over several placements. For example you might have 2 bins added to an agreement, each one of those bins can be allocated to a different placement.

From the table below pick which option you require and to follow a detailed walkthrough on managing placements.
