- From the home page, choose Deliveries and then Scheduling from the dropdown
- Click on the Drivers tab
- Choose New
- Enter the drivers name, choose Save
- Your new driver is displayed in the grid window

- Select the Vehicles tab
- Choose New
- Enter the vehicle Registration, from the Default Driver dropdown pick the driver you created above
- For Vehicle Type pick 'Van' from the dropdown

Creating the route
A route needs a vehicle assigned to it, below we will create a route and assign our new vehicle to it.
- Select the Routes tab
- Choose New
- Enter a Route, this would normally be the route number for this example enter '99'
- Leave the Type as 'Delivery'
- Expand the Vehicle dropdown, and pick the vehicle you created earlier
- Choose Save, it will take a few moments to save as the system is processing some extra data in the background
- Your new route, with the correct vehicle and driver are displayed in the grid window
Assigning a site to the new route
Now you created a driver, vehicle and route we can assign a site to that route. We will use the customer created in earlier walkthrough's as an example. See Creating Your First Customer And Agreement
- From the home page, choose Sales and the Customers button
- Choose the Site Delivery tab
- In the search window enter the reference 'TSP001' and press return

- Select 'Monday' for Day
- Select 'ABCD' for the Period
- Finally for Time enter '1000'
- Choose Save, the newly assigned route is displayed and selected
Assigning items to the new route
Now we have our site assigned to the new route we just need to assign what items we would like delivered on this route.
- Ensure our route '99' is still selected in the Routes Tab
- In the Unallocated grid check the entrance mat and choose Allocate
- The entrance mat is now displayed in the Allocated grid
- The Routes grid now shows an Allocated Qty of 1
Everything has now been setup ready for the manifest creation.
Create the manifest
Sally, from operations, will create the manifest just for route '99'. And the view the manifest on screen to ensure all details are correct.
- From the home page, choose Deliveries
- Select the Manifest (Routes) tab
- Choose Create Manifest
- Pick a Monday that is past the start date of the agreement created earlier. In our example we choose '14/10/2021' the following Monday would be '18/10/2021' . This is because you cannot create the manifest before any agreements start date
- Choose Create, the manifest will be created and displayed after a short period of time
