How To: Add a Collection
Deliveries > Delivery Events > How To: Add a Collection

Collections are added for cancellations from the Pending Cancellations screen or directly from the Cancellation Wizard.
Once a collection has been completed, the associated item will not be manifested even if the cancellation has not been completed.

To add collection from Pending Cancellations

  1. Use the search filters on the Pending Cancellations to find the items you want to add a collection for.
  2. In the top grid, select the site that the items are on.
  3. In the items grid, right-click the item you want to add a collection for and select Add Collection.
    Hold Ctrl and click to select multiple items, then right-click and select Add Collection. This will schedule a collection for all of the items you selected!
  4. The delivery event window will appear with your selected items listed, enter the details and click Save.
  5. The items that you added a collection for will now have a collection date listed.

To add installation from the Cancellation Wizard

  1. Search for the agreement that you want to add cancellations for on the Agreements screen.
  2. Click Options, then select Cancellation Wizard.
  3. Add the items that you want to cancel, for more info see How to: Cancel an Item.
  4. Proceed through the wizard to the Collections tab.
  5. Select the item that you want to collect and click the Amend Collection button.
    Hold Ctrl and click to select multiple items, then right-click and select Add Installation. This will schedule an install for all of the items you selected!
  6. The delivery event window will appear with your selected items listed, enter the details and click Save.
  7. The items that you added a collection for will now have a collection date listed in the Cancellation Wizard. A collection will not get manifested until the wizard is completed.
