Delivery Events
Deliveries > Delivery Events

Delivery Events are used to add services for your customers outside the normal schedule. You can use them to schedule installations. collections, one-off items and revists.

For example you may want to schedule the installation of a towel cabinet before the agreement starts, or arrange a revist to a site beacuse you were any able to access an area on the scheduled service.


The table below lists the dfifferent event types:

Event Description
Installations Items that require installation or fitting, added from the Pending or Site Delivery screens.
Collections Items that require collecting, added from the Pending Cancellations screen or directly from the Cancellation Wizard.
One offs Any additional items that need to be added to a service, added from the Site Delivery screen.
Revisits Revists can be for individal items or a whole site. Added from the Site Delivery or Manifest screens.
