How to: Reschedule a Delivery Event

Once an item has been manifested it cannot be amended. If you need to move a manifested delivery event you must go through the reschedule process. This will delete the currently manifested item and, if applicable, create a new one.

To reschedule an event from Delivery Events screen

  1. Use the search filters from the Delivery Events screen to find the site the event to reschedule is on.
  2. Select the site in the top grid.
  3. In the bottom grid, select the event that you want to reschedule, right-click and select Reschedule Event.
    You can hold Ctrl to select multiple events, all selected events will be rescheduled at once.
  4. The delivery event window will appear with the items for your selected events listed, enter the details and click Save.
  5. You will be able to see your rescheduled delivery events on your new date and route on the Delivery Events screen.
You can reschedule an event from anywhere that you can add or amend an event but the basic process remains the same.
