How to: Add a Site Revisit
Deliveries > Delivery Events > How to: Add a Site Revisit

If for any reason a service can not happen for an entire site and you would like to reschedule it for another day use a Site Revist.  

Warning

Installations and collections must be re-scheduled, you cannot add a site revisit for these items.

To add a Site Revisit

  1. From the Home page, choose Deliveries and Manifesting
  2. Choose the Manifest (Site) tab
  3. Using the search window find the site to schedule a revisit for
  4. Select the grid window pick the correct delivery
  5. Right click the delivery and choose Add Site Re-visit
  6. Enter the date, route, time and any notes
  7. Choose Save
  8. The revisit will have been added and you can view it from the Delivery Events screen
