The following instructions are for any of the Item Issue tabs found throughout the system. The tabs can be found on the Manifest (Site), Manifest (Route), Unresolved Issues and Site Delivery screens.
To add a Resolution Event
- Select the issue that you want to add an event for.
You can hold Ctrl to select multiple issues, when you select to add an event using one of the buttons it will add an event for all of the issues you selected.
When selecting multiple items, Add One-Off Item will be disabled.
- Click one of the event buttons:
- Add One-Off Item
- Add Collection
- Add Installation
- Add Re-visit
- The delivery event window will appear with the items for your selected issues listed, enter the details and click Save.
- You will be prompted if you want to mark the issues as resolved.
If you want to wait until the resolution event is completed before these can be considered resolved you should click No. Otherwise, click Yes.
- The screen will refresh and you will then see your selected issues have a resolution event listed when you highlight them. You will also be able to see the events on the Delivery Events screen.
