Managing Delivery Issues

Each Delivery Item can have an issue, those issues can all be viewed and actioned individually.

Finding Delivery Issues

Firstly, there are two reports available from the reports menu:

Report Description
All Issues All delivery issues for a given date range, can also be filtered by route.
Unresolved Issues Only unresolved delivery issue for a given date range.

For a more detailed view of the issues, the Manifest (Site) screen has got a search filter specifically for finding sites with issues. You can use this in combination with the other filters.
You can then view the issues for each site and mark the issues as resolved or add resolution events or recalls.

Mark Resolved

You can mark an individual issue as resolved or all of the issues for that site as resolved. For those issues, the delivery item with the issue will also be marked as done.
These items will no longer appear on the unresolved issues report.

Add Resolution Events

If an issue is unresolved, you can add a delivery event for it. The events are One-Off, Collection, Installation and Re-Visit. See Delivery Events for more information.
After an event has been added, you will be prompted if you want to mark the issue as resolved.

There is a setting to automatically resolve the issue when an event is raised. See the Settings screen for more information.
