How to: Delete a Delivery Event
Deliveries > Delivery Events > How to: Delete a Delivery Event

Deleting an event will also delete the manifested item if applicable.

You cannot delete an event where the manifested item has been signed for.

To delete an event from Delivery Events screen

  1. Use the search filters from the Delivery Events screen to find the site the event to reschedule is on.
  2. Select the site in the top grid.
  3. In the bottom grid, select the event that you want to reschedule, right-click and select Delete Event.
    You can hold Ctrl to select multiple events, all selected events will be deleted at once.
  4. The delivery event window will appear with the items for your selected events listed, enter the details and click Save.
  5. The events will have been deleted and if it was associated with something such as a cancellation, the event details will have now been cleared.
You can delete an event from anywhere that you can add or amend an event but the basic process remains the same.
