How to: Add a Site Issue
Deliveries > Managing Delivery Issues > How to: Add a Site Issue

To add a Site Issue

  1. From the home page, choose Deliveries
  2. Choose the Manifest (Site) tab
  3. Use the search filters to search for the delivery that you want to add a site issue for.
  4. Right-click the site delivery in the top grid.
  5. In the menu, select the Add Site Issue option.
  6. In the popup, select an Issue from the dropdown and enter a Note.
  7. Click Save
  8. The screen will refresh and you will then see that the delivery you added a site issue for now has the yellow warning indicator next to it with the issue reason displayed.
