How to: Add an Item Issue

To add an Item Issue

  1. From the home page, choose Deliveries
  2. Choose the Manifest (Site) tab
  3. Use the search filters to search for the delivery that you want to add an item issue for.
  4. Select the site delivery the item is on in the top grid.
  5. In the bottom grid, select the item that you want to add an issue for.
  6. Right-click the item.
  7. In the menu, select the Add Issue option.
  8. In the popup, select an Issue from the dropdown, enter the Quantity of items with an issue and enter a Note.
  9. Click Save
  10. The screen will refresh and you will then see that the item you added an issue for now has the yellow warning indicator next to it.
