How to: Mark a Service as Pre-bookable
Deliveries > Pre-booking Sites > How to: Mark a Service as Pre-bookable

To mark a site schedule as pre-bookable

  1. On the Home page, choose Sales
  2. Click on the Site Delivery tab
  3. Using the Search window find and select the site you'd like to mark as pre-bookable
  4. Click on the Routes tab
  5. Select the route that you want to mark as pre-bookable and then click Amend Route

  6. Check the "Is pre-bookable" check box and fill out the pre-booking details for Notice Hours and any Notes
  7. Click Save

When the site is manifested for that delivery route it will be marked as pre-bookable
