How to: Send Pre-booking emails
Deliveries > Pre-booking Sites > How to: Send Pre-booking emails

To send a single pre-booking email

  1. On the Home page, choose Deliveries
  2. Click on the Manifest (Routes) tab
  3. Using the Search window find and select the delivery that you'd like to send a pre-booking email for
  4. Click on the Emails tab
  5. Select the site that you want to send the email for and click the Send button

You will be prompted that your email has been sent successfully

 

To send all pre-booking emails for a delivery

  1. On the Home page, choose Deliveries
  2. Click on the Manifest (Routes) tab
  3. Using the Search window find and select the delivery that you'd like to send a pre-booking email for
  4. Click on the Emails tab
  5. Click the Send All Unsent Emails button

The progress bar will display then the screen will refresh with the status of your emails displayed in the grid
