Delivery issues can have tasks and events added to them, you can add Install Requests, Collection Requests, One-Off and Revisit event types for issues.
You can add them from any of the issues tabs on the system. These can be found on the Manifest (Site), Manifest (Route), Unresolved Issues and Site Delivery screens; the process to add a resolution is the same for all of them.
You can also just mark issues as resolved with no further action required.
To resolve an issue
- Select the issue that you want to add a task for.
- On the toolbar, click the Mark Resolved button.
- The grid will refresh and the issue you had selected will display a tick in the Resolved column. You can no longer add resolution events for that issue.
The item the issue is for will also now be marked as Done.
To resolve all issues
- On the toolbar, click the Mark All Resolved button.
- You will be prompted if you are sure you want to resolve all issues, click Yes.
- The grid will refresh and the issues will now display a tick in the Resolved column. You can no longer add resolution events for these issues.
The items these issue are for will also now be marked as Done.
